Which are the brands you represent in India? What are the advantages these brands offer?

We have two brands; one is from China “Cnding”, this is completely into oval screen printing machine and hybrid digital machines and we are exclusive dealers for South Asia except Bangladesh for this brand. Another one is Ser.tec Italy digital screen printing machines and 100% eco-friendly digital printing machines (DTG) so we are promoting these two brands. We are the importers. We have dealership for these brands. We are doing this brand in India and South Asia.

Our company is based in Tirupur. We have office in Surat, Sri Lanka and Dubai. We are not competing with Chinese machines but with those from Europe and Turkey as the quality is very different. The machines stand out in terms of sturdiness, weight, parts as they are different from those available in the market.

What is the USP of your company and how you define your growth strategy ?

We have around thirteen people in our service team. The USP of our company is good service. All over India, anywhere, our commitment is to give the service within 48 hours in India and 3-4 days anywhere in South Asia. We give quality machines. The brands in which we are dealing are ‘number one’ brands and they are competing with topmost brands. Our commitment is 0.01mm tolerance level. The machines under these brands weight around 13,500 kg and others are 8,000 kilos so you can image the quality standards.

What are the specific markets you cater and what is your team strength ?

We have a total of three offices; Surat, Sri Lanka, and Tirupur and we are now planning for Ludhiana. We have total thirteen sales people and five into marketing. In Surat and Sri Lanka, we have one marketing person each.

What advantages this machines offer ? What is the feedback received so far ?

Machines under the brand name Ser.tec Italy can be easily integrated with any machine, any direct textile machine (any local or manual). We have already sold two machines in Tirupur (one is under installation and another is on the way). We are authorised distributor of Ser.tec
Italy for South Asia.

We are dealing with machines from Cnding for last 3 years and received good experience.

We have sold 15 machines, the installations are done in Delhi, Ludhiana, and Kolkata. The customer feedback is excellent and we have also received repeat order for this machine.

What are the market drivers and difference between screen printing and digital printing?

Screen printing is an already proven method, everybody is having screen printing and automation machines. It is an already emerged market and has reached a certain level. The upcoming market is digital. People should have awareness about it as digital has grown like anything and people are understanding it slowly. Digital method is easy to handle with eco-friendly machines. Digital printing is the next era.
