wallPen E1plus, a wall printer that prints high resolution on walls

Digital technologies are increasingly determining our everyday lives and making wall design easier than ever. The wallPen E1plus, a digital wall printer can print your personal motifs on almost any vertical surface. Whether on wood, wallpaper, glass or stone, indoors or outdoors, a wall print impresses with brilliant UV colors and first-class quality.

The wallPen prints interior and exterior walls from many materials, including metal, plaster, glass, wallpaper, latex, plastic, tiles or wood, with any motifs. The paint used is UV-resistant and wipe-proof immediately after application. The patented vertical printing process processes all common image file formats.

The wallPen uses modern laser technology to smooth out irregularities on the wall and currently works precisely and cleanly within a range of 185 to 600 DPI. Vertical surfaces of up to four meters in height can thus be designed in color; there is no limit to the width of the printable surface. In addition to the software, the team also developed its own app, which allows the printer to be operated from the tablet by a single person.

It all started in 2015 wallPen GmbH started to develop the wallPen, a wall printer that prints high resolution walls. Only a few months passed from the idea to implementation. In February 2016, a total of 15 patents were registered internationally. The technology, for which a patent is pending in many countries, is “Made in Germany” and enables, e.g. For example, you can print photos, graphics or labels from the USB stick directly onto walls – easily, quickly and with great detail.
