Umrao Automation (P) Ltd. has introduced the finest and most flexible range of trouble-free semi-automatic flatbed screen printing machines in India – the Two Pillar Semi-automatic Screen Printing Machine – VertiPrint Plus. The machine is easy to set-up, easy to control, gives maximum stability at full production speed with top quality prints and with accuracy required for high quality screen printing.

In the old version, VertiPrint, the print production was around 780 impressions per hour whereas in VertiPrintPlus, the new model, production is 960 per hour impression, an increase of 180+ impressions, as our customers and printers wanted a sturdy screen printing machine with more production. In just 2-3 months of launch of the new version, we have booked 5-6 machines and VertiPrint Plus is preferred for ‘Flat Screen Printing’ applications like spot UV, helmet / cycle decal printing, bag printing, etc.

Applications include flat surface printing on ceramic tile transfers, printed circuit boards, textile transfers, paper, stickers, metal labels, membrane switch printing, commercial screen printing etc.
