What is the USP of AB Screen Printing Machine ?
A: This is a range of ‘Made in India’ screen printing machine with all latest technology like being chain driven with 4 cylinders at an economical price, which is half the price of imported machines available in the market in India. Designed for precision and efficiency, this machine is perfect for textile direct-to-garment printing on t-shirts and various fabrics. It is available in RAPID model with print area options of 18 x 24, 26 x 33 and 33 x 44. AB Machine offers different print areas and configurations to suit the needs of printers. Q: Why did you decide to work with them ?
A: They are a reputed name, well-known and having vast experience with expertise in this line since the last 20 years in both machine and printing industry.
Q: There are many textile printing machines available in India or imported in India; why did you decide of adding a textile printing machine in your portfolio ?
A: After initially focusing on supply of screen printing materials, we are also into machine supply business from 2012 in both screen and digital segments. Since Shori Chemicals (P) Ltd. is giving complete screen printing solutions, we are adding machines in our portfolio to cater to the increasing needs of customers.
Q: As ‘after sales service’ is one of the important parts of the machine portfolio, how would you cater to this issue ?
A: We have trained engineers who are trained from the company itself to give fast service support tour customers if and when required.
Q: What is the track record of AB Screen Printing Machines ?
A: AB Screen Printing Machine is a screen printing manufacturer and a veteran player in this line of business. We have been associated with them since a long time for other aspects of business and have now started to promote their new models through Shori in India.
Q: When do you expect the first machine to be installed in Ludhiana ? What market you foresee for this machine in next 2-3 years in Ludhiana Region ?
A: We are expecting first machine to be installed and running in month of July. We have good contacts and the same customers who are already buying inks from us. As per market scenario, although DTF is disrupting printing market, still there is a huge volume, which only screen printing machines can cater to in the present scenario and going forward also.
Q: What are your future plans in coming years to introduce new products ? What will be your strategy ?
A: We are launching the complete screen making range and automatic screen printing machine as of now. In the near future, we will also start supplying Oval models and even Digital + Oval models in the years to come.
Q: Any additional information about your company’s growth that you would like to share ?
