‘Screen Print India – Industrial’ Featured Zone Makes an Impressive Debut – Held during Media Expo’s 50th Grand Edition at Mumbai

09 March 2023: The screen printing industry’s progression from revival to resurgence was most evident at 50th edition of Media Expo, held at Mumbai, which witnessed a new offering, the Screen Print India – Industrial zone making an impressive debut from March 2-4, 2023. The Featured Zone showcasing the entire spectrum of possibilities, it provided a much-needed, dedicated convergence and networking platform for industrial screen printing.

Enabling trade visitors to explore solutions of functional coatings for medical and bio applications, aerospace and automotive printing, printed electronics, printed ceramics and much more under a single platform, the Screen Print India – Industrial zone had a highly successful inaugural edition. Representing a multitude of applications for functional graphics used for product promotions, it opened up promising growth areas for print businesses.

Specific segments within it have witnessed a great deal of progress and industrial is among those witnessing rapid growth. As the head of India’s national screen printing association, I am pleased that this niche segment has a dedicated interactive platform to facilitate its further expansion. Enhancing awareness of technology and raising quality benchmarks are aspects that SGAI has always upheld and the panel discussion being held during Screen Print India – Industrial is a positive step in this direction.”

Screen Print India – Industrial Featured Zone was Supported by European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association (ESMA) and Screenprinting & Graphics Association of India (SGAI).
