SAATI and CST announce joint venture – Further expand their long-standing relationship

19 February 2021: SAATI SpA and CST GMBH have announced the establishment of a joint venture to further expand their long-standing relationship, strengthening their combined resources to support revenue growth for customers and partners. The joint venture will leverage the outstanding capabilities of CST in the Computer To Screen (CTS) and the considerable application and marketing expertise of SAATI in the screen-printing industry as the only solution provider and global manufacturer of screen printing mesh, stencil systems, screen cleaning chemistry.

The exclusive partnership between SAATI and Anteland for the distribution of LTS units, combined with the joint venture with CST, will significantly increase SAATI’s scale in the CTS market and is another important step towards the goal of being the best in class provider of technology in the screen printing market.

CST GmbH is a leading global company supplying state of the art screen imaging to the graphics world.  Their patented production methods provide the best possible solutions to the most demanding applications. The new imaging system utilizing a DMD chip manufactured by Texas Instruments allows for variable resolution, very fast engraving speed and low production costs.  Another large market for CST is textiles.  Here they have delivered more than 1.400 engraving units for flat and rotary screens.
