Rangavishwa Enterprises, Nashik Gears to show its colour of quality to the world of industrial printing

05 November 2020: Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Nashik based Rangavishwa Enterprises, is gearing up itself to seize opportunities that are likely to come up following the ban on certain products from China and also government’s move to encourage manufacturing in line with ‘be focal for local to global’ or Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self Reliant India).

The company is now fully aware of that men, machine, materials and management are important aspects for achieving overall efficiency and competency in the global market. So, as a part of their monthly review of the achievements of its employees, the Rangavishwa management organized an employee felicitation programme. The awards were given away by Madhura Kumbhejkar, Director of SOLUTIONS Multimedia. As a chief guest to the program she inspired the team by her motivational words of wisdom.

In the words of Nilesh Joshi, Managing Director of Rangavishwa Enterprises “We always appreciate the efforts taken by our team members. We conducted a program to motivate, appreciate and congratulate by sharing a token of appreciation to every team member. We organize such monthly programme to facilitate and appreciate our employees’ achievement in the form of work efficiency, suggestions, Kaizen improvements, cost-saving activity, wastage reduction, etc. We believe that such activities add up to the overall growth of the company and by rewarding the employees they get motivated and efficiency level increases. This activity has been going on in our company for the last year and we find it a very enriching experience.”

On the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, Joshi adds “The pandemic is going on, but now the orders are going up for industrial screen printing. As new opportunities are coming up, we have to prepare ourselves for the future and that is why we have coined a new tagline for our company: Touching the Future. This requires more automation, manpower enhancement, skill development, motivational programmes. And you know in India, there is no specific screen printing training college or institute. As entrepreneurs, we have to keep on training our people and there is no point in pouching the operators from the market.”

He concludes “Opportunities are coming up for speciality labels from electronics, control and automation, household appliances sectors. There is a positive impact as well from the aftermath Covid. Bright opportunities can be anticipated from exports; and we have to get ready for new product developments, marketing strategies, and deliver the best.”

Established in 2007, today the company has a well-equipped manufacturing unit spread over 5,000 sq. ft. with the controlled and dust-free environment as per the requirement of industrial screen printing. Rangvishwa developed into a wider process and product development company in the past decade using several advanced printing methods to form electronic circuits, sensors, systems and devices. It has advanced infrastructure and processes which include screen printing, digital printing, die-cutting, color matching and laser fabrication, clean-room membrane switch assembly and laminating processes. Rangvishwa has implemented a quality management system as per ISO 9001 : 2015 with proper work & process instructions with a guarantee for high-quality product supply. The company has recently introduced MIMIC Stickers suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
