Pratibha Syntex Honoured for Sustainability Efforts by Brands and Sourcing Leaders Association

14 July 2023: Pratibha Syntex has recently been honoured with an accolade for its efforts in implementing sustainability in the textile industry. The award, which was presented by the Brands and Sourcing Leaders Association, recognises the company’s commitment to incorporating sustainable practices into its operations. This acknowledgement highlights Pratibha Syntex’s dedication to environmental and social responsibility.

Over 30% of energy is sourced from renewable sources. A 2.5 MW rooftop solar power plant has been installed in the factory. Water and energy-efficient machines have been outfitted in the processes. Absolute GHG emissions for the main plant have been reduced by 21% from 2021 to 2022.
