Piyush Bhootwala, Leading Screen Printer Develops Revolutionary Creofoil UV-Based Hot Foil Printing Machine

22 April 2023: Creofoil® foil printing machines are manufactured by two leading printing press owners and they were developed in order to address all of the problems that are associated with printing presses as well as its functionally. The other machine manufacturers couldn’t provide solutions for these issues because they didn’t actually work on a printing press themselves. So, Creofoil® developed machines and solutions that are completely compatible with an ideal printing press.

I and my wide Dhwani, who is not just my life partner but my better half in business as well, were doing R&D, working on the technological aspects from the last two and a half years. I was watching printing machines developed with LED technology and digital technology. Then my mind started working as how we can add more technological innovations, so that we can offer better and more reliable product to the printer.

Having a printing background of over 20 years and in-depth knowledge of related technologies such as offset, letterpress, digital, etc. and by visiting major printing exhibitions, I am able to see lots of running printing machines. I have lots of printing machines in my printing unit and working with them has taught me a lot. Using all my knowledge and expertise I have developed Creofoil®, the revolutionary, UV-based hot foil printing machine.

By manufacturing these smart foil machines, we have launched a new revolutionary technology for screen printing industry. With Creofoil®, we are offering a full set of screen printing machines with auto-take off with UV with foiler.

Our foiling machines can be used by packaging companies, box makers, cosmetics, pharma, etc. and we have a pending order for 24 machines in hand.
