Main Printer Units ..
Unwinder:
- Axial driven unwinder with expanding shaft (3”- 74 mm core) for roll with a diameter up to 400 mm
Feeding Transport Belt:
- TPU printing belt glued for web transport driven by harmonic gearbox
- Doctor blade for the glue coating operation
Printing Bridge:
- One printing bridge with carriage driven by linear motor
- Max printing height 10 mm
- Print heads cleaning station, each color is selectable individually, process operated from panel operator
- Capping station for carriage storage during printing pause
Pressure Roll:
- Heated pressure roll Fluor polymeric coated for correct web sticking on the transport belt
- Unit movement is synchronized with belt feeding
- Temperature set is adjustable from control panel
Washing Unit:
- Stainless steel unit composed by 2 driven brushes and 2 rubber squeegees
- Unit can be extracted for ordinary maintenance supported by side sliding guides
Ink Refueling System:
- 12 l inks tank with ink min. level monitoring
- Refueling can be done during printing process
