Mara® Switch MSW Ideal for Membrane Switches

13 November 2021: Marabu Inks of Germany has introduced MaraSwitch MSW is excellently suited for the printing of front foils and membrane switches, high-quality flat keypads, as well as further operational control panels.

Advantages: Satin gloss, 1-component ink, solvent-based, Excellent Printability and Mesh Opening, Very Flexible Ink Film, Best Suited for Post-Processings such as Embossing or Die-Cutting.

Substrates: Polyester Coated, Polycarbonate (PC), ABS, Polystyrene (PS), PVC Rigid, Self-Adhesive PVC Foil, Acrylic Glass (PMMA) and Polyester (PETG, PETA).

Processes and materials used in this challenging segment – foil, adhesive, ink – must be smoothly adjusted. Beyond durable function and appearance, a great variety of colour shades and special effects are the most important keywords. With the well-conceived colour range it is possible to mix innumerable, attractive colour shades and metallic effects. MSW formulation provides both very good mesh opening and fast drying as well as a process-safe postprocessing thanks to a flexible ink film.

Mara® Switch MSW is compatible with the common coated PET materials and adhesives and guarantees excellent adhesion and high peel-off values. Membrane switch operational elements can be found in industrial and agricultural plant construction, domestic appliances, medical equipment, etc.
