IPAMA Hosts Successful Promotional Meet in Delhi, Gains Full Support from Indian Institute of Packaging for IntraPac India Exhibition
31 January 2024: Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) organised a successful Promotional Meet on 27th January 2024, at Crowne Plaza Hotel, New Delhi, in collaboration with Indian Institute of Packaging. The event witnessed participation of key industry figures, including Sunil Jain, Chairman of Indian Institute of Packaging and President of Rajoo Engineering Ltd; Sudeep Sarcar, CEO of IEML; Dr. Tanweer Alam, Additional Director, IIP; Barun Banerjee, CTO of Jupiter Laminators (P) Ltd.; Rakesh from PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representatives from esteemed organizations such as Dabur, Nestle, HUL, and exhibitors of IntraPac India, along with senior officials from IPAMA and Indian Institute of Packaging. Event was attended by 146 members from the Packaging Industry.
Dr. Tanweer Alam, Additional Director, IIP, addressed the audience during Promotional Meet, providing insights into IntraPac India Exhibition, highlighting Institute’s activities, and showcasing its contributions to the promotion of the Indian Packaging Industry. Sunil Jain, President, IIP, also commended IPAMA for its efforts in organizing IntraPac Exhibition. Several IIP Alumni shared their perspectives on the occasion.
Representatives from IPAMA, Jaiveer Singh, President and Vinay Kumar Gupta, General Secretary, updated the audience on exhibition details and the complimentary facilities available to exhibitors and business visitors. They announced that Ministry of MSME had confirmed to provide financial assistance to MSME Units under Procurement & Marketing Support Scheme, alleviating the financial burden on these units.
Under the theme “The Future is Out of the Box” Jaiveer Singh expressed IPAMA’s commitment to industry growth, pledging to make IntraPac India the largest packaging show in India after a few editions. They emphasized that IPAMA works solely for the development of Indian Printing and Packaging Industry, not for profit, distinguishing it from other organizers with different motives for exhibitions. Audience applauded IPAMA’s efforts in organizing IntraPac India, expressing confidence in success of upcoming exhibition. Promotional Meet concluded with a Vote of Thanks by R. Suresh Kumar, Treasurer, IPAMA.
