Impress Apparel Machines Launches FOREVER Oval Textile Screen Printing Machine
19 may 2022: With the launch of their new FOREVER brand Oval Textile screen printing machine, the Bengaluru based Impress Apparel Machines (P) Ltd. is set to impress the garment printing world. The Forever Oval printer is offered in various sizes ranging from 65 x 85 cm to 70 x 100 cm size and 6 colour/24 pallet to 22 color/72 pallet configurations.
The ISO 9001-2015 certified company is in the process of installing their fourth Oval Machine (10 color/36 pallets) in Mumbai very soon.
Launched about a year ago, three Oval machines are already working in Mumbai (8 color/30 pallet), Bengaluru (10 color/36 pallet) and Ludhiana (8 color/ 30 pallet).

There are scores of automatic carousal textile screen printing machines in the market. So, Impress’s strategy is to capture the new demand for Oval textile printers which is a fast-growing trend in the market for full overprinting. Oval machines save space and offer higher production with the larger print area.”
The Impress’s Forever Oval printer is fitted with squeegees with AC drive, without gearbox, Control heads on all the print stations for manual settings, Honeycomb or precision aluminium plates, Pin system screen holder for fast and easy screen settings, AC servo induction motor for precise movement, Airlift for all screen heads for easy cleaning of the screen frames, HMI with bright and easy to operate panel settings, high quality registration scales to indicate micro-movement of the screen while setting, individual off contact on all print heads, individual lift and drop of screen heads, facility to insert the flash cure on any printing station head, skip function for missed pieces while printing, etc.
