The machine delivers magnificent prints using ColorJet original inks available in the configuration of 8 colours options and is equipped with 32 Industrial Grade Konica Minolta Print Heads. With the fastest speed up to 269 sqm/hr, Vastrajet K2 can seamlessly print 5000 sqm/day.
It has an efficient ink supply system to ensure that the ink runs smoothly and the printing is stable. The linear motor allows precise carriage movement. There is a gold-plated metal encoder for more accurate ink jetting at high speeds, a 5 stages water efficient belt cleaning system to ensure perfect and easy cleaning of the belt with improved water jet and zero moisture belt drying mechanism.
ColorJet introduces the new Kiloton™ technology in Vastrajet K2, which significantly extends the print head life, Osci plus™ precise rollers for efficient tension control and smooth fabric feeding, regardless of fabric parameters such as gsm, weave, crimp, elasticity, and skewness and Purgte+™an ink-saving device that facilitates the removal of air bubbles by recirculating the ink into the circuit.
