ATMA Introduces ‘ATMALINE RR5060/S’ – Roll-to-Roll Screen Printing Line

21 April 2023: A basic Roll to Roll flat-bed, screen-printing machine with a maximum print size of 500×600 mm. The registration accuracy is =100µm and speeds of 14m/min can be achieved. ATMALINE series can be used in single or in multi-colour configurations aling with various drying systems.

ATMAALINE Roll to roll printers is suitable for high precision screen printing on the coiled flexible (or film) material, such as conductive films, heat transfers, biotech sensors, blood glucose testers, etc. Automatic CCD registration corrects alignment of the coiled material substrate on each printing pass for unrivaled accuracy.

Features:
– Servo Control Tension: Conveyor is driven by servo power rolling to work with structural EPC, tension control is adopted self-development vertical servo tension control.
– Equalized Control: Printing head carriage is adopted equalized pressure control : squeegee / flood coater digital equalizing pressure system control, enable to preset digital pressure on HMI (3~62 kgf).
– Leveling High Accuracy: Table is made of thick Aluminum alloyed plate with precise machining process and hard anodizing treatment, prevent scratching, table leveling precision attains ±0.02mm.
