Akil Contractor Honoured with IFCA Star Award 2022
21 September 2022: Akil Contractor, Founder & Chief Innovator, Print Dynamic, was recently honoured with the IFCA Star Award 2022 in recognition of excellence for ‘Sterlisation Indicator Inks – Import Substitute’ in the category of ‘Innovation’ on September 15, 2022 at Grande, Bombay Exhibition Ground, Goregaon (East), Mumbai, during a gala function attended by the leaders of industry.
Commenting on the award, Akil Contractor, said, “I thank the IFCA for presenting me with this award. Prior to this, we were also conferred the IFCA Star Award of Excellence in 2020 for our ‘Specialised Paper Film – Made in India.’ At Print Dynamic, we are constantly coming up with new concepts, thinking up different ways to shape the future of inks and further extend the scope of its applications. Customised creations are our forte and it’s the charm of the challenge that drives us. We are doing exciting work, satisfying the creative needs of clients with new inks.”
This unique approach, constant emphasis on innovation and contribution to the printing ink industry has been earlier acknowledged at the national level by the Limca Book of Records, with Akil Contractor being honoured in the 2008 edition for the ‘Most Printing Ink Formulations.’ Print Dynamic has also been awarded several prizes at the Asia Pacific and Global level during events like SGIA and ASGA.
