Action Engineering Offers Kornit-Style Hinged Sleeve Pallets

29 October 2020: Set yourself apart from your competition by DTG printing on long sleeves! This Kornit-style Hinged Sleeve Pallet, offered by Action Engineering, allows you to digitally print on all sizes of sleeves. The design is based on our Hinged Sleeve Pallets for screen-printing machines. There are two hinged features on this pallet. First, the hinged head frame is lifted off of the pallet and stays up using a spring lift. Secondly, the sleeve pallet lifts up at a slight angle and is held in this position using an operator-controlled handle located under the pallet. At this point, sleeves are removed and then loaded – cuff first – onto the pallet. The handle is engaged, dropping the pallet down. Then the head frame is lowered, simultaneously locking the sleeve material in place with the pallet and frame.

The pallets are manufactured from the best precision-ground anodized aluminum and stainless steel. They provide an extremely flat printing surface for consistent and precise image quality. They also are an exact height match for your OEM specifications and come equipped with our New Roll Latch Auto-Closing feature.
