AB Screens in expansion mode – Adds 2 ROQprint NEXT P-20 textile printing machines

We have recently gone for expansion and added 2 ROQprint NEXT P-20 textile printing machines. I prefer SRoque as they are easy and comfortable to operate, very good productivity and excellent after sales service. As our work is increasing and exports orders are growing due to our quality printing standards, in future I am going to add more ROQ Machines in our production.
After the lockdown phase, business is very good; day-to-day there are increasing orders. So that was the reason why we decided to import two more machines recently. Payment collections are also at a satisfactory level.
Basically I’m a designer from my teenage years. I always concentrate on designs and printing. The maximum amount of time you will find me in the factory doing R&D. I am constantly learning and updating my knowledge from foreign tours and by reading magazines like Screen Print India. For the last 3 years I have not been able to attend the award functions due to factory expansion and new developments. I have some of the best software for RIP and Colour Separations to achieve four colour halftone printing.
My approach and formula for success can be best described as adopting the latest invented screen printing technology and by equipping the latest designed sophisticated imported printing machinery to have supreme quality in printing. Our work speciality is high quality photo print in t-shirts / garments with water-based print, PVC free, discharge ink phthalate free, sugar, foil, rubber print, glitter, high density print, etc.
Our factory at Mudalipalayam, on the outskirts of Tirupur, has 22,000 sq ft working area and 4,000 sq. ft. labour quarters. We have 20 office staff and 70 production staff (supervisors, technical support and workers). We have 5 Sroq textile printing machines including 2 ovals, MHM – 2 and M&R – 1. I am not interested in digital printing because I would like to print digital quality in screen printing. We are doing all types of t-shirt printing including special effects.
Printing various kinds of figures, words, numbers, etc., on the textile and knitted garments has become an important to have appeal of the customers and there by creation of motivation to effect purchases which result in enhancement of turnover. Hence quality printing of garments is very important. As pioneers in the printing field and the introduction of new designs, we can fulfil all such requirements.
Our existing customers are famous garments manufacturing units. We have a production capacity of water base print 50,000+ pcs. (per day), non-PVC, discharge inks: 40,000+ pcs. (per day).

# These machines are operated by experience print managers trained at Pune.
Raising the bar higher is an ongoing process at AB Screens. For instance, prior to this, in July 2019, we had gone in for machinery expansion with ROQ Next 14 color with 20 pallets 50 x 70 cm print area and OVAL Evolution 12 colour x 28 pallet 80 x 120cm print area. We held a inaugural function and dignitaries present were then SIDBI DGM and GM, TIIC Branch Manager Sroq’s G. Ramesh and the Tirupur Church of Eucharist Parish Priest.
We are already doing printing better jobs and still I have imported new ROQ machines for high quality printing with more colour accuracy and bigger size prints. We will be able to raise the quality bar even higher going forward in this manner.
