11 October 2024: The 27th edition of SGI Dubai concluded with a record-breaking turnout, showcasing several global leaders in the print and signage industry, and attracting visitors from 100 countries. The expo, held from 24-26 September 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, firmly established itself as a major player in the US$27.85 billion global print equipment market.
Majority of the machines on display were sold out, highlighting the event’s commercial success. This year, cutting-edge technologies like large-format, textile printing, and precision cutting were key attractions, with live demonstrations, particularly in car wrapping, captivating audiences. The ‘Wall of Fame’ became a focal point, showcasing exhibitors’ creative masterpieces. With many exhibitors reporting strong sales, SGI Dubai’s global reach was evident, as attendees experienced first-hand the next wave of innovation.
