Tek-Ind ‘Alpha Plus’ Now in India – Green Printing Solution Launches Advanced Automatic Carousel Textile Printer

01 February 2023: Green Printing Solution (P) Ltd. of New Delhi has launched Tek-Ind ‘Alpha Plus,’ an automatic carousel textile printing machine in India. The Alpha Plus automatic carousel screen printing machine is available from 1 to 12 colours. It can be equipped with intermediate spaces between each printing head, where the flash-cure units can be installed. The honeycombed aluminium printing pallets are endowed with a quick release system.

The features are as follows: Available from 1 to 12 printing units, membrane control board on each printing head, independent pneumatic lifting for each printing head, squeegee / flood bar pressure and angle adjustments independent and easy to be operated, machine rotation clockwise or counter-clockwise, independent pneumatic lifting of the print heads, intermediate spaces to insert the flash cure units, squeegee stroke individually adjustable on each printing unit, pneumatic screen locking system, squeegee / flood bar motorised by AC motors controlled by inverters and intuitive “touch-screen” central control panel with integrated diagnostics.
