CöLöRs Acquires Mumbai-based Screen Solutions – Aims to Enhance Value Addition

12 July 2022: CöLöRs has acquired Mumbai-based Screen Solutions with the aim of adding more value to its services and providing clients with upgraded international standards.

CöLöRs is a specialized printing ink manufacturing unit conceptualized in 2003 with an aim to provide special shades or matching (beyond four colour) to printers in offset industry. From a small beginning with 5 employees, it has grown to become India’s largest company to provide speciality inks and technical service in offset, dry offset, screen and flexo industry.

Currently with a strength of 105 employees, 5 branches, 150 distributors and exports it produces about 30 tonnes of printing inks (not including basic four colours) and speciality UV varnishes.

Screen Solutions is pioneer in distribution of mesh, chemicals, Emulsions and in providing technical education in screen printing industry.

“With this acquisition, we will be increasing the range of products in our basket and also widen our business platform PAN India as well as abroad. We will be providing complete solutions on Screen Making Emulsions, Chemicals, Mesh, Squeegee, and Aluminium Frames,” says Dr. Mustafa Kapadia, Mg. Director, Colors.

Shashank Nadkarni will be managing the new Mesh and Chemical Division in India and global markets. His expertise in Screen Printing industry since last 30 years will boost this joint venture to explore new markets and generate more business.
