aeoon Technologies Launches Maikuro – The Smallest Industrial DTG Printer in the World
29 April 2022: Austria Based Aeoon Technologies has Launched an A4 size DTG Printer called Maikuro, claimed to be the smallest industrial DTG printer in the world. The printer can print 40 x 45 cm; ~16 x 18 inch with 600 dpi. According to the company, Maikuro is an industrial DTG with low ink consumption and an Innovative ink recirculation system and has Color channels of CMYK + 4 White. It is fitted with Ricoh-print heads. It requires low energy. The DTG delivers high-quality output – on dark garments, with a printing format A4 in production mode. Depending on the performance of the operator, material and design, the DTG can print 65 Pieces per hour.
Recirculating print heads system enables continuous ink flow resulting in reducing the risk of jetting failure caused by either clogged nozzles or entrapped are bubbles. Thanks to the newly developed software and integrated API interfaces, customers can easily incorporate the Maikuro into existing and new print processes or into online shop systems. Moreover, Aeoon’s water-based inks are environmentally friendly and GOTS certified.
