ROQ Launches ultra-modern ‘Tech Center’
09 August 2021: ROQ recently announced the debut of its brand new ROQ Tech Center. With a clean and simple look, it goes straight to the point and was the result of a lot of planning and hard work. More than just a simple showroom, the ROQ Tech Center was designed to be an important training, development and practice tool, not only to the company’s clients, but also to the ROQ team members and agents.
The ROQ Tech Center will be used to do more than just testing their machines and broadcasting training sessions to the company’s agents. With it, they also want to create a platform for clients to use in order to receive guidance and training from ROQ’s experienced designers and engineers. Those who visit the ROQ Tech Center will be able to learn a plethora of tips, new printing techniques and test different designs and colour combinations.
At the center, one can test ROQs most recent technological advancements and top-of-the-line machines while being able to clear any doubts directly with its engineering team. With training sessions, ROQ hopes to help all clients draw out the full potential of its machines with the goal of achieving better quality prints that will surely add value to their businesses.
Recently, a live broadcast setup brought together ROQ and ROQ US for a presentation showcasing the ROQ Tech Center and the new third generation DTG machines. After that, their ROQ US teammates were briefed about the new machines and had the chance to watch them in action during a simulated production environment.
These kinds of events are one of the main reasons why the ROQ Tech Center was created and it is hoped that this was one of many presentations that will be hosted over the years. Projects like this bring everyone closer together, no matter how far they might be, and this is an especially valuable asset during the times we are currently living in.
The ROQ Tech Center is equipped with ROQ´s most innovative machines and promises to be a space for clients training, development and rehearsal of new printing techniques and web seminars. For ROQ, it was important to have a new space that reflected our ambitions and could support our growth by helping us through our continuous expansion and innovation.
During tasks such as client training, ROQ aims to use it in order to clear any doubts and concerns one could have about its machines and with machine development by providing its engineers with a live production simulation environment where they can test and troubleshoot new technology and printing techniques with ease.
